Dr. David García is co-founder of INIMA Dental Clinic Marbella and designs and places every veneer case personally.
His focus is anterior aesthetics: minimally invasive ceramic veneers, composite bonding and full smile rehabilitations where the bite has to be rebuilt first.
Every veneer is designed in software on your own facial proportions before any tooth is touched. You approve the mockup in your mouth before we go further.

Minimal or no preparation
Your enamel stays where it is.
Because we design the veneers digitally and mill them in-house, we can work at thicknesses from 0.3 mm. In many cases that means no drilling at all — and the option to reverse the treatment is preserved.

Not outsourced. Not waited on. Made here.
Our CAD/CAM laboratory sits inside the clinic. Your veneers are milled, layered and glazed metres from the chair, so shade and shape are adjusted with you in the room — not by email with a lab you’ll never meet.

Dr. García designs, prepares and bonds.
INIMA is not a clinic group. The same dentist who designs your smile prepares your teeth and bonds the final ceramics. No handovers, nothing lost between people.

Designed before it's built
We don’t guess how a veneer will look.
We design it.
An intra-oral scan and your facial photos go into smile design software. Dr. García shapes every veneer — length, width, surface texture and translucency — on your own face.
A printed mockup is tried in your mouth before any enamel is touched. Only once you approve it are the ceramics milled, layered and glazed in our lab, then bonded under rubber dam for a seal that lasts.
