Dr. David García is co-founder of INIMA Dental Clinic Marbella and places every implant in every full-arch case personally.
His focus is the work other clinics send away: severe bone loss, failed previous implants and full-arch rehabilitations planned on CBCT and placed with surgical guides.
Every arch is designed in software on your own anatomy before surgery. You see the planned teeth, the implant positions and the timeline before anything is done.

Why this is different

Guided, not freehand
Implants placed to a plan, not by eye.
Your CBCT and intra-oral scans are merged in planning software. Implant positions are chosen for your bone and for the final teeth, then transferred to the mouth with a printed surgical guide — minimally invasive, often without opening the gum.

Teeth the same day
You don’t go home without teeth.
The provisional fixed bridge is designed before surgery and finished in our on-site lab, so it is fitted on your implants the same day. You eat soft food that evening.

One surgeon, every implant
Dr. García plans, places and restores.
INIMA is not a clinic group. The surgeon who studies your CBCT is the one who places your implants and sees you at every review. Your final bridge is made metres from the chair.

Planned before it’s placed
We don’t guess where the implants go.
We plan it.
A CBCT scan and an intra-oral scan are merged in 3D. Dr. García positions 4 to 6 implants where your bone is strongest, angled to avoid grafts where the anatomy allows, and designs the provisional teeth around them.
Surgery is guided and minimally invasive, under local anaesthesia or sedation. Your temporary fixed bridge is fitted the same day. The final bridge — zirconia, milled in our own lab — is delivered once the implants have integrated, usually in 4 to 6 months.
