INIMA Dental Clinic · Marbella

Your life is first class.

Your teeth shouldn't be economy.

Implants placed by Dr. David García — guided, minimally invasive, designed for the cases other clinics won't touch.

Meet your surgeon

Yours.

Dr. David García is co-founder of INIMA Dental Clinic Marbella and the only implantologist in the practice. Every implant placed at INIMA is placed by him — not by a rotating team of associates.

His specialty is the work other clinics avoid: severe bone loss, failed previous implants, and full-arch rehabilitations that elsewhere take months — or get a flat "no".

He operates with fully guided, minimally invasive technique. The implant lands exactly where the surgical software said it would. Less surgery. Less swelling. Faster back to your life.

Why this is different

Three things others won't do.

01

Complex cases

What others refer away.

Severe bone loss. Failed previous implants. Full-arch rehabilitations. The cases that get a "no" or a referral elsewhere — those are Dr. García's specialty.

02

Minimally invasive guided surgery

Software plans it. Hands place it.

Every implant is planned in 3D before you sit in the chair, then placed through a custom 3D-printed surgical guide. No flap. Less bleeding. Less swelling. Faster recovery.

03

One surgeon, every implant

Not a chain. A practice.

INIMA is not a clinic group. The same hands that diagnose your case place the implant and follow your recovery. From first scan to final tooth.

Cases other clinics send away

If a dentist has ever told you any of this:

— "You'll need a bone graft before we can place implants."

— "Your previous implant failed. There's nothing more we can do."

— "Your case is too complex for our clinic."

— "Treatment will take 12 to 18 months."

— "We can't restore both arches."

That's exactly what we do.

INIMA exists for the cases that don't fit on a brochure. Bring us your "no" — we'll show you what's actually possible.

Cases we've solved

Four objections. Four real cases.

Every patient arrives with a reason they've been putting this off. Here is how those reasons actually end.

Case 01 · Full-arch rescue

"Every implant they had placed in another clinic had failed. All of them. Top and bottom."

A 45-year-old businessman from Sierra Blanca who had undergone full-arch implant treatment at another clinic — both upper and lower. Every single implant had failed. He arrived at INIMA with infection, mobility on every fixture, significant bone loss, and the conviction that he was simply "a patient implants don't work on".

Dr. García removed every failed implant, regenerated the lost bone with biomaterial, and replanned both arches from scratch — guided surgery, longer and wider fixtures placed where the bone could actually hold them, and a new full-arch design top and bottom. One year later, every X-ray shows stable bone. He eats whatever he wants. The patient implants "didn't work on" was the patient placed in the wrong bone, the wrong way.

Case 02 · Periodontal rehabilitation

"My own teeth were the problem. The bone underneath was disappearing."

A 56-year-old retired teacher with severe chronic periodontitis. Her own teeth were still in her mouth, but loose, painful, and silently destroying the bone around them. Years of treatments at other clinics — deep cleanings, splints, partial bridges — had postponed the inevitable. The X-rays now showed advanced bone loss across both arches.

Dr. García planned a complete rehabilitation of both arches. Every periodontally compromised tooth was extracted, the infected tissue removed, and implants placed in healthier residual bone — angulated to anchor where the bone could still hold them. Fixed temporary teeth the same day, top and bottom. Final ceramic prosthetics four months later. The smile in her photographs is, for the first time in twenty years, her own.

Case 03 · Advanced bone loss

"Two clinics told me there wasn't enough bone left to even try."

A 53-year-old patient with decades of progressive periodontal disease. By the time she arrived at INIMA, the bone supporting her teeth — upper and lower — was so compromised that two implant clinics had already turned her away. The CBCT was confronting: vertical bone loss, multiple infected roots, and very little native tissue left to anchor anything.

Dr. García's plan combined bone regeneration with biomaterial and a strategic angulation of every implant — anchoring fixtures in the small islands of healthy native bone the CBCT had identified. Both arches were rehabilitated in a single surgical session: extractions, regeneration, implants, fixed temporary teeth top and bottom — same day. One year on, the bone is stable on every X-ray, and so is the rest of her life.

Case 04 · Full-arch rehabilitation

"Four clinics said my case was too complex."

A 71-year-old British patient with severe bone loss in both arches, an unstable denture she had worn for a decade, and a polite "no" from four different implantologists. She came to INIMA expecting a fifth no.

Dr. García designed a full-arch rehabilitation using six strategically angulated implants per arch, placed in the single surgical session. Temporary fixed teeth the same day. Final prosthetics five months later. She has been eating normally — and laughing in photographs — for two years.

Technology, in plain English

We don't guess where the implant goes.

We know.

A 3D scan of your jaw goes into surgical planning software. Dr. García designs the exact angle, depth, and position of every implant — to the tenth of a millimetre — before you ever sit in the chair.

A custom 3D-printed surgical guide is then produced for your mouth specifically. On surgery day, the implant lands exactly where the software said it would. Not 0.3mm to the left. Not 2 degrees off.

How to begin

We don't plan implants from a WhatsApp photo.

Come and sit with us.

Every plan at INIMA begins with a CBCT scan and a one-hour conversation in our Marbella clinic. There is no shortcut. We need to see your bone, your bite, and you — in person.

From there, Dr. García will tell you — honestly — what's possible, what isn't, and what it will take.

FAQ

Asked, honestly answered.

Is the surgery painful?

Guided minimally invasive surgery is performed under local anaesthesia. Most patients describe it as less uncomfortable than a wisdom tooth extraction. Sedation is available if you'd prefer. Recovery is typically 24 to 48 hours.

Do I need a bone graft?

Often, no. Modern guided techniques and 3D planning let us place implants in bone that older protocols would have rejected. We can only know after a CBCT scan in clinic — but our default is to find a way without a graft whenever the anatomy allows.

How long does the full treatment take?

It depends on the case. Single implants: 3 to 4 months from placement to final tooth. Full-arch rehabilitations: temporary teeth the same day as surgery, final teeth in 4 to 6 months. You'll have a clear timeline after your in-person study.

What if my case is very complex?

That's exactly why patients come to INIMA. Severe bone loss, failed previous implants, full-arch cases — these are Dr. García's specialty. Bring us your X-rays and the "no" you received elsewhere. We'll tell you honestly what we can do.

Which languages do you speak?

Русский, English, Українська, Español. The clinic team handles consultations in any of these. No translator between you and your surgeon.

What guarantees do you offer?

Every implant placed at INIMA is backed by a long-term clinical guarantee. The specifics depend on your treatment plan and will be detailed in writing before you commit to anything.
