Dr. David García is co-founder of INIMA Dental Clinic Marbella and the author of every smile design that leaves the practice. From the first scan to the final polish, the same hands shape your case.
His focus is the work other clinics outsource: digital smile design, anterior aesthetics, and full mouth rehabilitations built and refined in our own on-site CAD/CAM laboratory. Nothing is sent away.
Every smile is designed in software on your own facial proportions before any tooth is touched. You see the mockup. You approve it. Only then does the build begin.

Every smile makeover at INIMA starts in software. We design your new smile on your facial photographs and your intra-oral scan — then show it to you before anything is irreversible. No surprises at the mirror.

We design it.
An intra-oral scan and your facial photos go into smile design software. Dr. García shapes every tooth — proportion, edge, translucency — before any preparation. You see the result. You approve. Then we build it.
A printed mockup is tested in your own mouth before any tooth is prepared. Every ceramic is then milled and finished in our on-site CAD/CAM lab — not posted out, not waited on, not adjusted by someone you'll never meet.
